I purchased C&B Electric's 2 hour special on Angie's List. The company called a scheduled an appointment with 24 hours, even thought it was the week between Christmas and New Years. Brian called 30 minutes before his arrival, as promised, and arrived on time. He trouble- shot and fixed 2 outdoor circuits that we're not working. There was time left over, so he asked if there was anything else he could do for us. We had a low voltage lamp system that was not working and he fixed it. Brian was very professional and courteous. I recommend C&B Electric to anyone and will use them again in the future

It was easy to set up and they did a fine job. It was summer so I was a little worried about the service being shut down but they did it all in a couple of morning hours, less than expected.

Brian McLeroy came out for a free estimate and determined that the panel could be replaced without relocating it. So we accepted the bid, and the work was scheduled the week after Thanksgiving. Brian also handled the panel replacement, which took about 4 hours. He was very quick, and the install went very smoothly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and I highly recommend him and C&B. I would absolutely use them again.

Smoothly once customer understood reasons for the additional work necessary to fully utilize the new exterior panel. I wish installer had labeled circuit breakers identifying areas of the house they controlled. I will do this when weather clears up. Overall installer did a good job.

The electrician was very courteous and informative. He explained to me what the issues were and what I might want to consider in the future as far as upgrading my circuit breaker.

They came out and informed me that for my situation the panel I purchased would not do what I needed it to do. They said there would be extra costs to change things outside to make it work. They were polite and courteous and explained everything, the deal just won't work for me.

The electrician put in two outlets in our hallway. Had to work up in the attic, locate a source (smoke alarm), feed the wire down the wall, cut the wall for a box, put in a remodel single gang box, wire it up and put on the wall plate. Did a nice job.

It went great. The electrician showed up on time, he was very knowledgeable and he fixed all my problems very quickly.

Got a lot done and I plan on having him back out to do a few more things.

I'm not dealing with this company again. It takes too long to schedule an appointment. Instead of whoever answers the phone scheduling your service, you have to talk to this one particular guy and then you're playing phone tag forever. In the time it took just to get a media room installation scheduled, I was able to have my garage door serviced, carpets, windows and vents cleaned. I ultimately went with another home theater company for the installation. Their prices are shakey for their electrical work as well. It was hard to nail down a price. I ended up using a different electrical company as well. When I've talked to C&B on the phone I routinely hear that "business is booming" and that's the reason for the lackluster response times.

The replacement of the chandelier went well however I called them back to replace 25 switches and plugs and they would not give me a firm price. They only would tell me a $55 trip charge and $125 an hour and most likely it would be $390 but could be more. Its pretty simple to change plugs and switches and also simple to bid it. They apparently did not want the job.

It was fine. They just did their job properly. Everything was fine.

I went through their website to set up an appointment and received an email saying they could call to arrange. I also called them to schedule and have not had anyone returned my calls.

Electrician came out on time and did a great job. He also installed my surveillance camera for me. I just had back surgery, so I could not climb a ladder to install the camera myself. The camera was a very easy install, but I feel he still did a cleaner install job than I could have done. Great all around job & I highly recommend these guys.

I purchased the $110 coupon Friday from Angie's List, waited a few hours for the company to receive the purchase information, then called them. I was hoping to have the work done as soon as possible, prior to the holidays. The very nice person who answered the phone said, "How about tomorrow?" (Saturday, which I was surprised about but glad to get.) I explained that I needed a lot of outlets replaced and had already purchased the replacement outlets/receptables from Home Depot. She said they would arrive between 2 and 5. The electrician called earlier than that and said he would be at the house within thirty minutes. I had bought a $111 coupon for $200 worth of labor, and had noted that the coupon mentioned something like a maximum of two hours of work. That would come to an expected $100 rate per hour, which sounded about right normally, hence I thought it was a good buy to get that two hours of work for $119. To my surprise, two workers showed up, the main electrician and his helper. Usually, if two workers show up, then I would expect that the hours would be by worker hours, hence that they would have met the conditions of the coupon by working one hour each. (Not to mention that they were also working on Saturday.) However, both of them worked for the full two hours each, might even have been a bit over, I'm not sure. This was a really good value, went well, and I very much appreciate the work.
