C & B Electric

The technician was very professional and friendly and quick. My only complaint is the 65 dollar dispatch fee added to the bill and also it cost 150 just to diagnose the problem with the light switches and no repairs were actually performed on those.

Most of the things we needed done the technician said he wasn't qualified to do. We needed the plug in the garage switched out, which he did. We needed the fluorescent light changed in the pantry. He had to come back the next day because he didn't have what he needed to complete the job but they next day it did get changed. The two most important things were a single security camera mounted on the balcony but he couldn't do that. Also, we needed the patio and balcony speaker wires connected but he couldn't do that either.

The gentleman called 30 minutes before he came. Arrived right on time. The truck they send is extremely well equipped and he had all the tools necessary to complete the job and quite frankly almost any residential job right on the truck. The problem I had was simple but extremly hard to issolate. This gentleman took the time to check and trace each outlet one by one unril he found the problem loose wire (which happen to be an outlet you would never have expected). He fixed it promptly. I will use this company for all future electrical work. Outstanding!

Prompt, professional and friendly. Provided estimates when asked to before service. The $200 discount was taken off of my total correctly and I left a detailed invoice. Very pleased!

It was great. I just needed a very small job and they offered a small fee to come out. They were very prompt and helpful. They told me a few things about the plugs that I needed. They were flexible and their work was pretty good. They didn't charge me more than the big deal amount.

Arrived at the exact time they promised. Even brought a glass shade that matched one that we had broken. Brought in a ladder to get up to the second story ceiling from our family room. Made the repair and replaced the shade and were done in about 20 minutes. Even moved our furniture and replaced it. Great service from a family owned business. Much better than the company with the annoying commercials on TV!

We obtained about 6 quotes to installed 6 gauge wiring from our breaker box across the attic and down to the cooktop, 10 gauge wire to 2 water heaters, and rework the breaker box with a few new circuits. Some other competitors were quoting that we needed a new sub panels and others didn't. Some told us wiring to the cooktop would be difficult and others didn't. Ricky at C&B was very thorough with his quote, never said we would have any issues, and C&B's quote was very reasonable. Others quoted as much as $5300 which was laughable. We decided to go with C&B based on the confidence in Ricky and their quote. When Ricky arrived, he was very polite and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do and overall was very efficient, neat, and clean with his work. The quality of his work was top notch and he even offered to come back out and connect the wiring to the new electric water heaters we were soon having installed. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend C&B and Ricky specifically.

They never contacted me to schedule the service even tho Ipaid weeks ago.

The process was really easy. Scheduling the service was easy. The technician showed up on-time and prepared to work. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem within an hour. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Overall experience with C&B was outstanding. Teri, from the scheduling department, contacted me almost immediately and had a service time set-up for the very next day. The C&B electricians on the job, Brian and Luis, arrived promptly on time. They were both extremely courteous and professional throughout the job. Not only did they install a new outdoor ceiling fan to complement the two we already had, but helped us troubleshoot some dimming and remote control issues we were having. I have often experienced contractors looking to get in, get the job done as quickly as possible, and get on their way, but that couldn't have been FURTHER from the case here. Brian and Luis took time and care to listen to some issues we were having, and help us come up with some suggestions to remedy. Would use C&B again without hesitation.

Everything has held up fine since they did the work.

They were very quick to fit us in with a tight turn-around time. They were very punctual and prompt with the work. The only issue I had was the drywall was cut too large for the box. The electrician apologized profusely and felt very bad. Luckily, I had a contractor doing repairs later that week who repaired it for me.

I called C & B when I saw their Bet Deal ad to ask about the "$200 worth" of service for $99. I talked with Terri and asked my questions - she was very responsive and gave me the information I needed. We scheduled for between 8 am - 11 am, and I went out to purchase the new light fixture for the kitchen and the replacement kit for the ceiling fan. At 8 am on apt day, Rick called to say he was on his way and would be here within an hour, depending on traffic. He arrived at 8:55 am. I showed him what needed to be done and he got down to business. He was very friendly, efficient and professional and explained what he was doing as he worked. He finished at about 10 am. He cleaned up, took the old lighting fixture and it was done. As always, Angie's List provided the best service done right the first time and in a timely professional manner. I will be recommending C & B to anyone who will listen. Great experience!!

Squirrels in my attic had chewed on wiring so the outside lights were not working and the breaker would not reset. It is all working fine now. I have them coming back to replace some more light fixtures.

It was a big deal purchase and they were great. He was nice, polite and did exactly what I asked him to do, so that was good. He gave me estimates for some further work if I decide to go that direction. I thought that he was great.

Highly satisfied with C&B Electric! Soon after I purchased the Angie's List deal, they were prompt in messaging me. The day of my appointment, the electrician, Jeff, called me in advance to let me know he was on his way. He was professional, did a great job, and really went above and beyond by fixing all my problems. He was really knowledgeable, and gave me advice on how to prevent more problems in the future. I will definitely be using them again!

I bought there Angie's Deal of $99 for $200 of services. They were prompt at scheduling appointment and the technician was very nice and did the work requested including 3 trips out to get parts in about 2 1/2 hours. Overall the quality of work was good but he dropped and broke a bulb in my driveway and his attempt to clean it up left quite a bit of broken glass behind. I guess my biggest issue was the cost seemed high to me. The price of the 4 ballasts and installation was $620 less my $200 credit for the Deal (whick I paid $99 for). For the prices charged per ballast I could have bought new fixtures and expect they could have been installed in less time than it took to replace the ballasts. I don't feel like the "Deal" was a very good deal so would have to think twice before using them again without asking more questions about options and costs.

He was on time. He called in advance to make sure he had all supplies that would be needed. He was very nice, answered questions and completed all work in a short time.
