It was fantastic. The gentleman was very nice. He helped us. They're very professional and had exactly what we needed. It's the part that we had difficulty trying to find and we had to pick up the part. He was very polite and knew what he's talking about and what I asked him to do. They were here on time.

They provider came out and have me a quote for the work. The quote was significantly higher than a quote I received from another company. They were very nice and professional. I decided to go with another provider.

It turned out fine. They replaced 2 plugs and a switch in a bedroom and family room. They were prompt and courteous.

I kind of feel indifferent about them. I wasn't overly impressed. They did an okay job. I wasn't here with they did it though. I only dealt with them on the phone, to schedule it. They were prompt with that and showed up on time. The price was a little high, but it was a certified electrician doing it. They had to bring two workers out because of the size of the chandelier and how high up it is, so we had to pay a little extra for that.

It went well. They are professional, efficient, and they installed surge protection for my entire house.

I thought they were very nice, efficient and fished all the worked I needed done.

I had a great experience with C & B Electric. Teri, you are a rock star! Not only did they save me time and money this time, but it will help me when I do have a bigger problem because I will not need to research what companies are trustworthy and reliable. I definitely will use them with any other jobs.

They replaced a couple of master plugs for me. It worked out great.

The service was great. They sent one guy out and he spent most of the day here. He knew his stuff. He was good. They came out just a couple of days after I purchased the Big Deal, three days maybe and they just looked at it and did not do the job then. They just wanted to see what was going to confront them. So, I think they did it in the next week or two. Everything was perfect. Our experience was good. We would call them again if we needed electrical work.

Fine. Pretty straightforward. Came in, diagnose the problem, told us everything that was going on before it went on, asked us what we wanted to do as he proceeded, listened to our decisions and completed it.

I could not believe the price charged to take down an existing light and put up a ceiling fan. Ridiculous. Electrician complained of wiring on existing light being too short to put in new can light. He "rigged" it to get the job completed, but it was not done in the professional manner it should have been. He should have replaced the wiring. He never offered to do that - nor was I offered dimmers for my can lights.

The service was fine; it was good. They charged more than the $111 Big Deal because I added on some additional work. They added about $250 more. The service was quick and clean. They have fairly reasonable rates and they are quick-thinking-on-their-feet to provide a good solution. It was not the original solution, but they did provide good solutions.

The service provider came out yesterday and gave a quote of $800. He did not end up doing any work for me.

Everything went very well. They did exactly what I wanted, they explained the work as they went, and they did a good job in all respects.

Unfortunately, the company never responded to my calls and emails for scheduling information.

Unfortunately, nothing was accomplished during their visit. The heater I had purchased was too big, and the electrician told me that my light switch didn't need to be replaced. However, I later had another electrician over who said the switch was indeed broken which was frustrating since we knew that from the beginning.

It was a great experience. They checked the wiring and fixed what needed to be fixed. The company sent one electrician and he was at our home for an hour to an hour and a half.

The guy who did the work was quick and efficient. He seems to know his stuff. I thought the work was a bit pricey, but I was glad to get it done. I'm not sure I fully understand the service plan i purchased. We may need to discuss how it works.

The provider couldn't schedule me till a week and a half out and I need the service prior to that. I have now requested a refund for the deal as I cannot wait for that service.

He was really good, he fixed my mistake from installing incorrectly.

It was awful. It was not really two hours of labor. When the man came, he pulled out his pad and it had a pricing scale for what he charges. I would have told him to just leave but due to time constraints, I needed the work done. So I had him put up my 2 light fixtures. It was absolutely bait and switch in the worst possible way. The price was just outrageous! The deal is worded wrong because the first $89 is for the service call. I would not have them back in my home. I ended up spending $225 per light fixture to be installed.
