They arrived timely, returned a second time the same day with an additional part, were professional, gave me some advice about some other electrical questions, and were efficient when onsite. I would use them again without question.

The electricians, Brian and Shawn, showed up during the scheduled time period. Brian listened attentively, assessed the job, and completed it quickly, professionally, and at what I thought was a fair price. I would gladly use Brian again.

When I had questions he answered them with no attitude. They are a bit on the high side for price but I will definitely be calling them again when we do more work.

They did a perfectly fine job, did the work quickly, and everything was exactly as requested.

After discussing work over phone, had a basic idea of price so we bought a deal online. We were expecting $300 out the door, but it cost $200 more once electrician was in home and assessed on site. We had already bought the deal so we were kind of stuck. He was very professional and the lights look great. We supplied the pendants, he drilled and connected everything. The electrician took care to keep the area clean by covering our island and vacuuming up after.

Called to let me know he was 20 minutes out. Showed up toward the beginning of the scheduled window. Did the work, processed the payment and took off. A little pricey for the work but this is what you pay when you have last minute repairs that need professional service.

Kerrie, the electrician arrived on time and gave me an estimate before he started. He was very personable and professional and completed his work quickly, cleaning up his mess well. I just felt like the prices were a little high. $650 for less than 2 hours of work and very little material supplied by them. I did have an Angie's list coupon that saved me over $100 but even $500 would have been high for what I asked them to do.

Socket checked ok. Advised to use LED bulbs for better service

Went great..came out initially to check a circuit breaker..easy fix. We asked about putting in a light and the price was right. Brianshowed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. I know have a electrician I can call on when needed.

Alex was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and helped us know that our damaged wall had outlets in order. I was glad to get the Angies' List discount and save some money. AND to get the added outlets on our 30 year old home was NICE!

They were awesome. I wasn't here when they did it, my mom came over because I had to work. They were really neat. They were really efficient. They did a great job. There was no mess for me to clean up afterwards or anything. It worked great so I was very pleased with them so did them call back out a second time.

The 2 electricians that came phoned to say they were on the way and were on time. They had a professional demeanor and were very speedy in repairing the light fixture and smoke detector. Well done.

It was fair that I paid the $111 for the deal I had originally made with Angies List. The fact that my fan didn't work wasn't C & B Electric's fault; however, before he started the fan installation, he explained that there would be extra charges due to my 14 ft. ceiling height. Before I bought the deal, I had asked C & B specifically if it would cover the extra cost for the ceiling height and was told it would. As a result, I did have a problem with the extra $49 charge, although he explained that he was not charging as much as he could. On a positive note, he did check the spliced wires and lighting wires to determine that they were live and that the problem was in the fan motor.

From beginning to end this company has been great and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to all my friends. When the main light in my kitchen (a cheap fluorescent) burned out I wanted to replace the ugly old fixture with a new and better looking fixture that would also provide better light. After I ordered the new fixture I turned to Angie's list for help finding an electrician to replace the light. I probably would have simply called a handyman, but I did want a couple of electrical plug-ins in the kitchen checked as well and I thought that would be better for trained electrician to do. On Angie's list I saw a special deal with C&B Electric that would get the work done and save me some money. Since C&B was very highly rated I decided to give them a try and am I glad that I did. To begin with, when I first signed up for the deal and provided my contact information they got back to me in less than half an hour even though it was late afternoon when I signed up so I was expecting to have to wait until the next day. I was also pleasantly surprised when I made the appointment because I was expecting to get told there would be an extra charge for coming all the way out to Krum. That has happened before with other companies, but not with C&B Electric. My next pleasant surprise came the day of the appointment. They were scheduled to be here between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. But at 10 a.m. I got a call from the electrician saying he was on his way and would be here in about half an hour if it was OK to get here early. Needless to say that was fine with me. Yet another pleasant surprise came when they got here. Brian and his assistant Shawn were professional, thorough, and great. While Brian took down the old light fixture and put up the new one, at his direction Shawn checked the outlets I was concerned about. When I asked Brian if he knew what I was supposed to do with the old fluorescent tubes, he said that was no problem, they would take them and dispose of them. In fact, they took the whole light fixture plus all the packaging for the new light so I wouldn't have to deal with it. They also swept up the plaster dust on the floor that came from drilling the new holes for the new fixture, and wiped down the stove and countertops to be sure there was no plaster dust left on them. All in all this was an unexpectedly easy and smooth experience. I am very happy with the service I got from beginning to end and would not hesitate to use C&B Electric again.

We purchased an Angie?s Big Deal $200 worth of labor for $99. After we explained the job over the phone (install ceiling fan in room open to the second floor and a light in the foyer same ceiling height), they said we need 2 people. Once the electricians arrived, they said the job requires a special ladder that costs $175 setup fee (which took 10 minutes to setup). While 1 person was actually installing the ceiling fan, the other one stood there and watched. Then charged us $125 for a part ? later we realized that this part is available at Home Depot for $10. All in all, they charged us $800 to install a ceiling fan. We hired a handyman company to install the other light and they charged $175 for almost identical work. C&B Electric is not a trustworthy company.

C&B were very prompt and professional. They completed all the work in less than an hour. I would definitely use them again if I had any needed electrical repairs.

Alex and Kerry are the best .... I had so much trouble with this particular light fixture. They came installed it without any problems. I would definitely have them back and request that Alex and Kerry come.
