Description of Work: Pleasant man came to provide estimate. I called back to schedule appt but to work on only certain items on the estimate. When they arrived this morning, there were additional charges to the panel upgrade bringing the total to twice as much. Additional charges were mandatory to the panel upgrade so I chose a different provider that was able to perform the same work but for a lower price.

Description of Work: Rick Allen of C&B first gave us an estimate to replace/upgrade our electrical box to 200 amps, install 2 outdoor outlets, install a new hall outlet, and install 3- 20 amp dedicated outlets for wife's studio/workroom. Rick arrived at appointed date and time and worked around my wife's client schedule before cutting power. He performed all agreed to work quickly, professionally and with a minimum of disruption. Work was completed, power restored and all work areas cleaned up bt 4:30 PM. His bill was exactly as quoted in estimate, and the work impeccable. Certainly met and exceded expectations. Kudoos
