Description of Work: We have been using Bon Air for a service agreement for several years. Alex came out on July 3rd for our annual AC inspection and notified us that we had a leak in our AC coil. He suggested we go ahead and replace the AC unit and heating unit as it would be more cost effective in the long run. Our previous unit was 11 years old and he told us life span on these units are around 8-10 years Alex gave us a couple of options and we decided to go with a 14 SEER unit that would give us additional energy savings. All of their work was done in a very professional manner and Kyle the main leader of the team that came and installed our new equipment went over all of the details. As it would so happen the next day our unit was not cooling properly and I called TJ, their dispatcher at 6:00 PM and he sent John over immediately to see what the issue was. John found the problem and immediately our house was cooling off again as it should be. Many Kudos to the folks at Bon Air for doing their job very professionally and at a reasonable price. We will definitely keep doing business with them on our heating and cooling needs. Harry and Jean
