I love my new bathroom they were on time professional and clean up everything

The job to remodel 3 bathrooms was started in early December, I was promised a completion time of 6-8 weeks. It is 2/13/19, I still do not have the work completed. The owner is threatening to place a lien on my home, demanding progress payment that is not outlined in the 3 payments. This is the most unprofessional company. True, I got the deal I wanted but it is not worth the nightmare I have and am continuing to experience. They created a plan that was a code violation and a safety hazard for me and my family by keeping a window in my master bathroom. They took my sinks in my master bathroom and are confused about me having new sinks. Owner Michael Jackson sent me texts, "I don't care about the agreement." "I will place a lien on your home ( costly for you to remove )". MY ADVICE- STAY AWAY FROM BATH MASTERS. They are very unprofessional, slow to work but quick to take and demand more money. As of yesterday, I paid them 66% of total amount due and not even 50% of work was completed. The owner said no work will be done & refused to come today, unless I pay them more "progress money". However, the workers did show up and I finally got a toilet in my master bathroom. I am hoping my project will get completed but do not feel I need to be harassed, threatened and continued to be asked for :progress payments". I am urging this company to complete the work so I can pay the final payment and say goodbye to them. This was supposed to be a happy, positive experience. Instead, we have had to shower at the gym, been through so much stress and it still is not resolved. The communication is very poor. The follow thru is poor. I regret the day I allowed them into my home. I regret selecting this awful company. I had a call scheduled with the owner for Friday but he said there will be no call unless I give him a "progress payment." Now, he is texting me again, asking for a progress payment and for me to call him. I will have to call the office manager to ask to schedule the call again on Friday before he wanted it cancelled. I have communicated numerous times, they can not build a walk in shower that is not within code and that is a safety hazard for me and my 66 year old mother. I will update you and please pray they do the work. I am hoping to share good news but track record speaks, actions speak louder than words. I have so many pictures of incomplete work but for privacy reasons wish not to post right now. Initially the workers were awful, they would go into rooms that they had no business going into. One worker took my faucet after we specifically asked for him to keep it for us. Now we got new workers that are here. I appreciate your prayers, if this can help even one person out there from going through the nightmare I have been thru and continue to go thru - Do not trust this company. If things change and progress, I will update you all.
