+ 0 moreI can't give you an answer on this companies work. But I can tell you that the customer service response is not up to my expectations or what you would expect from someone listed on Angie’s list. I called Mr. Castillo on 6/4/18... Gave him a general idea of the work needed, times when I was available, along with my phone # and address (which he asked I text to him). He said he would come for estimate, but unsure of the day & get back... OK fine. Never heard from him.... so giving the benefit of the doubt, sent another text on 7/14/18....no response. I contacted him because his business was near. Thought that might be easier for both of us. So, customer service is important in ANY industry...SO no work = lost to the company probably 30k to 35k plus. That's ok I got someone else.

+ 10 moreBEST CONTRACTOR EVER!!! Peter was amazing at everything he touched during the home remodeling. Upon first encounter he was thorough and professional. His friendly demeanor and budget-friendly project estimate won me over as a 1st time home renovator. Throughout the project he was very communicative and quite helpful in handling all miscellaneous quests and small details. My home received an overhaul, including: new roof, full painting (interior/exterior), all new countertops in kitchen and 2 bathrooms, all new hardware and fixtures (knobs, handles, faucets), brand new cabinet door refacing. Peter did everything on-time and under-budget. Highly recommended as an A+ professional.
Description of Work: Full Renovation of Rental Home. Everything from Roof to Flooring, Plus all the details in-between. My home received an overhaul, including: new roof, full painting (interior/exterior), all new countertops in kitchen and 2 bathrooms, all new hardware and fixtures (knobs, handles, faucets, lighting), brand new cabinet door refacing and painting, repair damaged concrete, repair sheetrock damage, fixed another vendors flooring snafu, handled large appliances, new backsplash in kitchen, the list goes on... Peter took care of every big and little detail.

Description of Work: They did updates throughout the house. They painted the interior and exterior, resurfaced cabinets, and did the floors.
