Packers showed up on time and did a pretty good job on Monday. On Tuesday, they loaded my belongings and dented the doors on my 1 year old Samsung fridge because they were in a rush to finish up this last heavy piece and didn't think through the best way to get it out of the space without damaging it. They told me they would unload me the very next morning (Wednesday) at my new home. I rushed to get to San Antonio to be there when they arrived. They had told me they would be there around 8am. By 10:00, no one had shown up. I started calling, and found that their truck had broken down in Hillsboro, and they were at the repair place waiting to get it fixed. I guess they weren't able to complete it successfully that day, so they said they wouldn't be here until Thursday. Again, on Thursday, no word from them until I started calling at 10:00--they finally arrived about 12:30, but had not eaten lunch, so they stopped to get some food from a passing food truck. They said that the "replacement" truck that the company had provided them with did not have any lights on the cab, so they were unable to drive in the dark. So, they couldn't leave Dallas until sunup, and would have to leave my new house by dusk--then go park somewhere and spend the night. They only sent 3 guys to unload the belongings for a 3200 square foot home, and since they didn't arrive until 12:30 and had to leave at dusk, there was no way they were going to finish. The driver or "foreman" was apparently ill--I only saw him take maybe 3 things off of the truck--the other two guys did everything else. 2 guys to unload so much stuff is unrealistic. They had not brought any of their tools, so I had to dig mine out of a box so that they could try to set up the beds. It got so late at the end that we told them not to worry about attaching mirrors to dressers--we would do that ourselves. Honestly, I'm not sure how this company keeps their employees. They showed up with NO water (in Texas?? Really?), and because of the company's poor maintenance on their trucks, these poor guys had to extend a 3-day job to a 4-day job, PLUS spend the night--and the company offered them no other compensation, according to the moving guys. Additionally, I had purchased FULL insurance coverage. As I mentioned, they dented the doors on my fridge, they stripped the screws out of our ping pong table, so it was no longer usable, they left a huge scratch on my office desk, and my daughter's bookshelves were trashed. After persistently pursuing the claim with All Points Pioneer, they finally issued a check, but the check did not even cover the replacement cost of the doors of my fridge or the labor to install it--after I contacted Samsung myself and obtained estimated costs and submitted it to All Points Pioneer, I waited another month and heard nothing. I just contacted them again this week, which spurred them (according to what they've said) to file a claim with THEIR insurance company now. We'll see if I get any follow-up from that, but I'm highly doubtful. What was so funny was that their salesperson, Daniel Collins, basically sold me on all of the "personal" service I was going to get from him. Yeah, right. I never heard from him again once I signed the contract. I even called him at one point to tell him about the damages and that we were going to need to file the claim. He directed me to a woman at the office and again, never heard from him again. Typical salesperson.

All Points Pioneer failed to deliver many pieces of furniture and packages. Some of the items delivered were so badly damaged they had to be written off. There was a host of minor issues such as plastic feet and end caps missing from many things. Numerous items from picture frames to a large oak dining table were damaged and needed to be repaired. Just a couple of days ago I had to repair one of the bed frames because the movers had put it together so badly. In addition to that they had removed some fixings from the bed frame and left others in place. Explain the logic of that. On top of all that they also tried to deliver a chair to me that was not mine. During the moving process I became unhappy with the responses I was getting from All Points Pioneer and wrote to the manager (Chris) to complain. To this day I am still awaiting a reply! When I said that I wanted to make a claim (through insurance) I was sent the claim forms and duly filled them in and returned them only to be told I had been given the wrong forms and, what?s more, that I actually needed to deal with another office. Seven months after the move was completed I did receive some compensation but I still lost thousands of dollars. There were two main reasons for this; 1: they failed to properly note everything on the inventory. The packing and moving took two days and the person responsible for the inventory was not present on the first day. That fact accounted for a lot of the items that they failed to note. Of course, it was my responsibility to check their inventory but after two days during which I was busy with work and planning my drive from TX to WA I must admit I could not recollect every single item that I owned and, trusting All Points Pioneer to be the professional establishment that was sold to me, I definitely put too much faith in them doing the job right. 2: Different colored tags were used to label my goods at different times during the pack. When it came to checking off the delivery I was juggling 20 pieces of paper and, not surprisingly, there were occasions when I checked off, for example, white tag 150 when I should have checked off orange tag 150. Furthermore, the papers were carbonless copy paper and checks from one page would copy through to another page. I was not made aware that this would happen, neither was I provided with anything to prevent that happening. I later reconciled everything and showed that on my paperwork with a double check mark ?X? instead of a single check mark ?/?. However, All Points Pioneer insisted that if there was a check mark then it must be correct. I was not satisfied with my payout and wanted to go use the arbitration service to further my claim against All Points Pioneer but I was strongly advised not to because, apparently, the mover can reject the independent arbitration services decision and refuse to do anything. I was advised that All Points Pioneer would do exactly that and so there was no point in pursuing them. In closing, if you do choose to let this company manage your move I strongly recommend that you photograph everything in your home in situ and take further detailed photos if you need to. Do your own inventory first and use that to check against their inventory listings at the time goods are removed from the house. Be very careful if you have to check the receipt of the goods and take your time to do it right. You might then avoid suffering the distress and effort of making a claim for losses against All Points Pioneer.

Our salesman never sent me a confirmation and got our dates for moving was wrong. There was no compensation for their mistake. The packers didn't pack the garage and it took the movers the next day several hours to complete this overnight. The movers broke our desk (all wood) and it took over 3 months and me complaining to the BBB to get it fixed.
