+ -1 moreShe did not disclose anything that went wrong with the house. She rented the property to someone else, and they lost a substantial amount of money due to her inability to repair or replace anything. I followed up on the people who had contact with her and that house, and I literally have proof that she is a liar. She barely got the 3% owed to her instead of the 6% and that was because my dad is a lawyer.
Description of Work: We were buying a house from her and she was the worst agent I have ever dealt with.
