I had a ceiling fan that had never worked (for years) and a chandelier that had always worked and mysteriously stopped working a month or so ago. I had given warning in the call to set up the service that the ceiling fan was about 15 feet up dangling from a 23 foot high ceiling and pointed out that I had told others the same in the past, only to have electrician arrive and unable to perform service due to having no ladder, scaffolding, or lift to get high enough. We got off on a good foot when the electrician (Jeremy) and apprentice (Ronny) arrived and went right to work setting up scaffolding and had no issue getting to either the fan or chandelier. Jeremy checked the power at the ceiling and the fan unit itself and it appeared good. After relating my suspicion that it may be related to the mother board switch settings in the fan (based on what I had read in the operation instructions, but had no way to access and check), indeed he determined they had never been set from defaults. Once he set them and tried the remote and wall switches, the fan/light worked immediately. As for the chandelier, Jeremy went into the attic and carefully crawled to where the chandelier was mounted and said there were two switches at the mount point; one for the light and one for the hoist that lowers the chandelier. The hoist switch was fine, but the light switch was "in the middle". After pushing all the way over to "on", it began working fine again. He said it didn't appear messed with and all he could speculate was it was never fully pushed over and somehow vibrated enough or something that caused it to shift just enough to lose juice. I had g-kids over during the holidays and they can be a little rough sometimes. I've caught them before tossing foam balls from the landing to the foyer. I suspect they might've done something similar again and hit it and caused the vibration. At any rate, Jeremy quickly found the issue and it was a quick fix. Jeremy/Ronny were punctual, courteous, professional, and attentive to being careful and respectful of the home furnishings in setting up the scaffolding and performing their work. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again whatsoever.

They were very good. They were on time and the electrician Christie is a really good electrician. The cleanup was fine and they cleaned up after themselves. My wife also loved Christie.
