Natalie did an excellent job explaining the various tiles, and she and Shirley gave us a good price within our budget. Miguel did an outstanding installation. This is the second time we have used them and recommend them highly.

Installers were prompt, courteous and very neat, including hauling off old carpet.

Very well. They under promised and way over delivered. Erin took time to find the best flooring for us, handled all the details we would have forgotten. The crew was on time, worked fast yet thoroughly and did a great job, including moving and replacing furniture.

As promised the installers came in on time and worked diligently to remove the ceramic tile which was extensive and very well adhered to the concrete slab, but they got the job done, prepped the floor for the installation of the wood flooring. They discussed with me how I wanted the wood layed and were open to my suggestions. The installers did a great job and easily adapted to a couple of changes I asked for. The job was finished on time and they worked hard to clean up as they went.

They were $1000 less than my quote at the big box store, so I was thrilled to get better carpet and save money. I would go to them first next time.

Our work was delayed two and half weeks due to supplier. Two men came to do the work of removing carpet and pad. also to install Acacia Engineered hardwood flooring. they did excellent work. The one thing I wasn't pleased with was the fact they didn't clean the floor when finished but spot sprayed it with WD40 to remove spots. we were cleaning residue from the wood for two weeks. However the floor is beautiful and I would use Somervell Floors again.

The company people came on time, torn out the old carpet. They put old carpet & pad in their truck & began on the new carpet process. Great job, nice & clean work.

Not enough carpet for the job so it took about 3 days longer than normal. The company did rush the order.

We have used them for all our floors both tile and carpet and all our bathrooms. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Somervell Floors! We thought we wanted one type of flooring but we really weren't sure and when we explained the colors of our new house being built Erin pulled out color schemes that we never would have dreamed of. We wanted to think on it because it was completely not what we had in mind, but it was BEYOND STUNNING when it all came together in our new home. I never could have envisioned what she did. I would go to Erin hands down and trust her judgement!! Then each group that came to do the tile work (which looks like beautiful woodwork but because we have large dogs we did not want real wood) or the carpet or the back splash or the bathrooms was beyond our expectations in professionalism and skill. We have recommended them to everyone we talk to!!! I wish they did kitchen granite!!!

Somervell Floors provided excellent service. The Sales Rep assisted us in selecting the flooring types we were looking for and gave us many options to look at choose from. The installers were efficient and were very meticulous in their work. The installers also consulted with us prior to starting each room to making sure the layout was the best for each room. We were pleased with the work the was provided.

Went very well, showed up on time, cleaned up after job completed, and did what said they would do in a very professional manner.

First of all, I love Somerville floors and would use them and recommend them forever. I am not pleased at all with the vinyl plank over most of the house, the vinyl flooring in the master bath and upstairs bath are perfect. The main floors have vinyl plank that looks like bamboo, and it does feel good and look good until you see it in different light. The glue is still over the floor in various places and very difficult to get up, there are many imperfections when you view the floors at different times of day in different light. I feel the flooring needs to be sealed, but if we seal it, we loose any warranty on the floor, but im not sure what the warranty is good for. The representative of the vinyl plank flooring needs to come see the floor and decide for himself if this product is truly a 25 year home warranty. I should have done hardwood floors, end of discussion. The crew that laid the floors were very kind, but I do not feel they knew exactly how to float these floors and lay the vinyl plank over tile correctly. Because of the crew laying the floors, Somerville flooring put down all the molding in our house free of charge to recover the problems of laying this floor. I am extremely grateful to Somerville Floors, they didn't have to do that, but they are the best and greatest people and tried to make the experience right, in that respect I was very pleased. It might just be the actual quality of the vinyl plank, of which I chose.

They did a great job. The few issues that I had were taken care of quickly and without fuss.
