Business is in Granbury and services: Hood, Somervell, and portions of Johnson, Erath, Parker, and Tarant counties. Fees start at $75 for a house measure up to 3,500 SF; $300 for exterior appraisals; and $375 for full house appraisals up to 3,500 SF on less than 3 acres (non-waterfront). Mobile Homes, Land, A Frame, Log, FHA, Manufactured Homes, and those outside of Hood/Somervell counties have various fees.
