+ -1 moreI purchased the property approximately 2mo ago. MGM was paid in full by the previous to mow the lot monthly through Oct 2017. When MGM was notified that the property had changed hands, they stated they had no obligation to continue mowing as they had been paid to do. They have done no mowing since that time.
Description of Work: Empty lot mowing.

+ -1 moreTHE LICENSED IRRIGATOR SPENT A GOOD AMOUNT OF TIME TROUBLE SHOOTING BEFORE HE LOCATED THE PROBLEM AND WAS ABLE TO FIX IT.
Description of Work: SPRINKLER SYSTEM REPAIR: REPLACED VALVES, INSTALLED 2 SEPARATE WATER FILTER UNITS.
