The service went well. They were willing to work with me on pricing after bringing up competitors pricing. Kelly was out several times during the project as the project manager. They did a great job. We did run into a small issue with the flooring but Kelly introduced us to ceramic tile that looks like wood flooring. We needed up installing that type of flooring as opposed to finishing the house with carpet. They worked with us on scheduling and were accommodating to our schedules. The staff was happy to help us move some things around after the job. They were very hard workers. The grout color did start to change after about 6-8 weeks. They were happy to come back out to do some testing and diagnosed the issue. They ended up washing all the floors with muriatic acid. That did not solve the issue. They ended up hand painting the grout of about 2000 sq ft of flooring.
