+ -1 moreI was in a tight and they were willing to come. I paid to make sure they came. They had a great sense of urgency. They seem very nice, they seem like they were two moms. You're always a little apprehensive when you open your house to someone it's a little barnacle, but they seemed okay. My wife found a lot of things because she is extremely OPD, but she wasn't impressed.

+ 0 moreI have a special deal with her. When she comes, I pay her for a day, and she stays 5 or 6 hours. She is really good, and she has tons of clients. When I first called her, she was at my house within two days. She is also very trustworthy, and her prices are very reasonable. Sometimes she comes alone, sometimes she comes with another person, and sometimes she comes with her husband. When he is here, he does other jobs for me like painting my living room. I adore her daughters, and they are a very good family. Price is definitely an A.
Description of Work: I use Lil Suzi's Housecleaning & Home Health for house cleaning services. Suzi Mendozia is her name. In the summer she comes out every other week, and in the winter she comes more often. She also cleans for builders, and does offices.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreI believe she charges less for the smaller windows, but most of my windows are very tall. She does an excellent job, and the price is great.
