consultant was professional and sound genuine but i did not like the fact that the prices are valid only if i signed the contract the same day. I was able to buy 1 week for his quote. After my analysis, I found i could get better pricing from vendors that has good service traction. In summary, I did not feel comfortable to go with the proposal nor do i like the pricing. I cannot tell how they do their service/job since, I decided not to go with them to perform the work on our a/c unit replacement.
Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment for home energy audit believing they are federal govt. funded. Ended up in a sales pitch of a/c system, solar panels an other paraphernelia to save 50% energy costs.

I thought it was a poor analysis and presentation. All he had was a laser gun with a temperature read out. He didn't give me anything with the company's name or logo on it. It was a handwritten proposal without much back up. He reluctantly gave me a card when I asked for it. I felt these guys got into my house under false pretenses and probably violated the Do Not Call laws. By the end, I was almost wondering if someone was checking out my house to see what they might want to steal later based on the lack of professionalism. I don't know if the work they do is any good or not. When someone calls me to make a sales pitch under false pretense that they are a representative of the federal government, my trust goes out the window. According to the BBB website, I am not the first homeowner that they claimed to be a government employee in order to get in and make a sales pitch. Beware!!!
Description of Work: The IAQ called me and acted like they were the federal government offering to do a energy audit and show me what energy credits I qualified for, up to $5,000
