I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company! First of all- I had a note over the doorbell that said please knock a baby is sleeping. Ignoring the note, he rang the door a few times and when I couldnt get to the door fast enough he just let himself in the front door. The 20 minutes he was here he spent the whole time bad mouthing other companies in the area. Area Plumbing Co is in business with AHS Home Warranty. I had a shower faucet head break off and AHS sent them out to fix it. The plumber examined it for 2 seconds before saying "I see this type of shower head break all the time but I dont know how to fix it because the company is no longer in business so the whole faucet will need to be replaced". THe plumber called the warranty company and told them that I must have neglectfully broke it off myself. Because he lied to the warranty company, they will not fix the shower head now. The plumber didnt want to tell the warranty company he didnt know how to fix it so he lied and it is costing me hundreds of dollars now for his dishonesty. When I called Area Plumbing Company to ask them why they lied he said "I dont have time to talk to you lady" and hung up. Do not use this company under any circumstance.
