+ -1 moreCalled as an urgent c.iwnt. Water was pouring in onto the new outdoor carpeting on the enclosed patio. Even though he was booked, when I explained the additional cost of having to replace the carpet, they arranged to be out the next day! Fantastic service and reliability!
Description of Work: Fixed gutter leak my removing a large section and rerouting to problem.

+ -1 moreI spoke with a sale representative and made an appointment for him to come to my residence to give me an estimate for a total gutter system. He never showed up and never called me back to reschedule. I called the main office and left a message about their poor customer service just so they would know that their salesman didn't show up. I told them there was no need for a call back and that I was just calling to tell them how unsatisfied I was with their service. I never received a call back.
Description of Work: Nothing. No call back or service provided.
