 + -1 moreIt went really well. The man was very nice. He was willing to do all he can. We'll definitely use him again. He wasn't even open. He met us there anyway and told us that the part of our air conditioner had gone out. It was very nice of him. He knew what he was doing. He was not expensive. He was as cheap as getting it offline for the same exact price. He was fantastic. We called him and if he's not open, we could leave a message of what we need. He calls right back and we didn't have to wait for even ten minutes. He met us there in the same exact time he said he would. If I could give him an A+, I would. He's very helpful.
Description of Work: We had to buy a part from R & R Heating & Air Conditioning.

Description of Work: Air conditioner needed service. Ricky quickly responded to our call, came within the hour, identified the problem and repaired it right away.
