"Alex was fantastic! I had a problem with my irrigation system that I needed to be troubleshot fast (had to do with my pool being refurbished, long story). Alex came over within 1/2 hour of initial contact (just happened to be close when I called) and discussed with me the problem I was having. He is very knowledgeable with irrigation systems and was able to help me get my system back to operation immediately.
