Home AC was serviced as requested by inspector prior to purchase of home. AC was low inadequate during inspection and had leaks. Home AC, according to invoice from company, was service check up and inspected and cleaned and according to invoice "negative results for faults and normal". Upon living in home within 2 was of "service", AC filter, a critical element of the system, was found to be grotesque and at critical level. I reached out to the company and they said the technician might have not documented it was inspected, but she assured me it was. Further, there was a leak identified by the inspector that additionally was not addressed by the AC tech. By this time, I'm trying to figure out how an inspector can identify more faults than the specialist in this field. If anything was considered a red flag, it should have been documented similar to a 100pt inspection during an oil change. My biggest concern is that the home seller was not local during this transaction and it is possible the AC was not even looked at as agreed and as the invoice stated. Or, worst case scenario, it was half inspected by an incompetent tech. I changed out the filter and gave it time to see if that made a difference, the change of weather didn't allow for a quicker response. I was trying to avoid them having to revisit at all. After I reached out to the company later the next month after the weather changed and showed no improvement of my AC situation saying that the filter had not made a difference and that they failed to address the leak, I requested a different tech than the one originally requested. How can a company expect you to take the first tech that botched up the job in the first place? I didn't think I was unreasonable. The response I got was: "If we can't help you, then i think it would be advantageous for you to explore other options. " since they said all their other techs were booked until the end of the year. Additionally, I don't have a business. I don't have a business email. When I contacted them thru my PERSONAL email, I have myself saved as "me duh". The secretary was very rude in telling me that I was unprofessional in her last reply to me and that's why she did not respond to my request for a different tech (because I have me duh). I'm sorry, but it's my personal email. And TWO: remove emotions out of business. Still to this day, they failed to rectify the issue. I've contacted BBB. I am requesting either a full refund for the service that was not adequate or remotely thorough or they finish the job with a different tech.

I normally do not give reviews, much less bad reviews, but my experience with this company was so bad that I feel like I must do something to prevent others from going through the same trouble that I did. My mother is a 76 year old widow that lives alone in Gonzales. A few years back, she received a circular for ?annual service? from this company. We went with it, because I thought it was the company that she had been using, and I thought she needed a twice-a-year checkup on her HVAC unit. It was $149 per year; everything went okay until this year. Beginning in November, as it was getting cold, my mother?s heat pump wasn?t heating the house properly. Over the next four months, this company came out over SEVEN times, attempting to fix the heater. All this time, my mother was using electric space heaters and wearing a coat inside the house. This company replaced the outside fan motor, the thermostat, the inside fan motor, multiple fuses, the low voltage wire from the inside to the outside. All of these ?repairs? added up to over $850, not including this year?s $149 for the twice annual check-up. Finally, after a marathon parts-changing session, I told them to go home because the hours of labor were adding up and it was obvious that they didn?t have the answer. After I told them to get their new parts back off the system, they still charged me over $300 even though there still was no heat. Bottom line, they had fiddled with the system so much that I could get no one else to work on it. We decided to replace the whole system even though it was only 13 years old and should have still had some life in it. This company was happy to give us a quote. It was $400 more than the quote we went with from another local company. The 100% warranty All Seasons was offering was NINE YEARS less than what the other local company offered, and the SEER efficiency rating on the unit from the other local company was one point better, equating to a $10-$20 monthly saving FOREVER. When I told the other local company that they had my business and I went and paid for it, they said they would go out in the morning and see if they could get the emergency heat working on my mother?s existing unit since it would be a few days to get the new equipment and get it installed. The other company was there at 9:04 and by 9:18 had some central heat for my mother. To me, this indicates that the competence of All Seasons is questionable. The owner of All Seasons was adamant in his proclamation that he takes care of his ?elderly customers?. He also made a constant point of bad-mouthing his competition and the quality of the equipment that they sell; he said I should buy from him because Nolan Ryan endorses the equipment he sells. I choose to judge his company by their demonstrated abilities, rather than his words or which baseball player is paid to endorse the equipment he sells.

All seasons previously installed a mini-split unit for us. Had some issues with it not being cleaned timely/thoroughly by a tenant. When tenant moved, had All Seasons come to "service" the unit. Technician asked me to clean the filter off myself. I put it back on the unit, he messed around a little, turned unit on and moldy/leafy material blew out. He said we probably needed to have it taken apart and the lines flushed. I thought he was going to do it, so I went about my business. A few minutes later I noticed they were gone and my husband said he had paid them and they left. Have heard from others that they tried to push new units on them when all they needed was a simple repair or new part. Not my experience, but I'm cautious now.
