Cody was very professional and did a fantastic job! After requesting services from a couple of inspectors, he called immediately. We set up time for home to come out. He had a cancellation and we were able to start the inspection earlier in the morning. He was prompt and on time. He completed a very thorough inspection of the entire house. He answered all of my questions while onsite and even went back and looked again at a few things when I had a question about it. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Cody was very knowledgeable and was very patient when explaining the overall inspection to me. He allowed me to be at the house so I could physically see the issues which was very helpful. I also had Kannon do the termite inspection and received both reports the same day! They gave me the peace of mind I needed to move forward with the house. Highly recommend!
