Professional; provided a through inspection of the property; great service to cost value; same fay report. And he even when through the issues of the property with my realtor, since I could not be there due to having to work. Will use again in the future. Only drawback, he out sources his Wood Destroying Insect inspection, so I haven't received that report yet. UPDATE: I had to ask for the Wood Destroying Insect report again, because his guy (Kannon Cravey, Texas Premier Pest Control) forgot to send the inspection report the day of the inspection. I had asked Smith for the report that day, he stated that Cravey would be sending it in a few hours. However, I had to ask for the report again today, almost a week after the inspection, because I had not received the report. Smith said he talked to Cravey, who stated that he had forgotten to send the report. I regard this as unprofessional, as one has a deadline to send the report of the work they claimed to have done, but has to be reminded when he knew it was not yet sent. I suggest Mr. Kannon Cravey start making a list of his need to do tasks, if he is so truly forgetful.
