+ -1 moreThey charge $42.95 per month for their services. They are reasonable in their pricing. They are better priced than other similar providers.

+ -1 moreI'm still being dictated to and can not get what I want, Even though I'm paying for the service.
Description of Work: The service was alright, but the company (Dish Net work) took away my San Antonio, Tx stations with out notice. The tech. came and did his job very neatly, but when he turn the sat. back on the company took our San Antonio station from us and stated that we were in the Austin,Tx area only. We call and talk to supv and a PR person and they stated they could do nothing. We told them that we were on the far south corner of there area and was closer to San Antonio, Tx. They stated that they are control by the goverment, FCC and could not doing anything about it. We Talked to FCC and they stated that they didn"t control who got what channels. We feel that we are dictated to by Dish Net work. We call back and they refuse to send me a copy of the FCC rules. We have found out that there are several people in the area who have both set of channel. Austin and San Antonio Tx. We had both set of channle from 2006 until 2012. Hope there is some way to let me choose my channels and not be dictated to. Thank you

+ -1 moreI had to have my own contractor repair some of the work that the Dishnet TV guy did. He was efficient about what he did but he broke some boards while he was moving the antenna. I had a roof mount antenna and I was having a new roof put on so I had to go to an eaves mount antenna. When he mounted it on the eaves, he broke some boards but it wasn't anything that my contractor couldn't repair pretty easily. They tried to charge me but the guy who came out gave me a receipt and there was no charge on it so Dishnet eliminated the charge so it was free. They charged me and I called them to get it corrected.
Description of Work: I used DISHNet TV to move my antenna.

+ -1 moreWe seem to get good quality of reception. They went above and beyond when they came out. We never had a problem with reception. She gave us a tip to spray it with Pam so the snow falls off. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

+ -1 moreI have used them for 15 years. When we moved from one house to another, we had a little bit of a problem with promises they made about moving the satellite. They resolved the problem and we have not had any problems since.
