Mr Pickett was willing to go to the property and start work before we could meet him to provide any partial payment. He quoted us a price and began the work the same day we contracted him. We are not living on the site and he went and covered the system against a freeze, without us asking him to and with no additional charge. Mr Pickett is taking over a business after his partner recently died. Despite the business problems this situation can cause, Mr Pickett was diligent and timely with his work We found him to be a very honest and up front person. He acts more like a neighbor than a formal businessman, which is what I like to work with for services. I know that if I have well needs in the future, I can call him anytime and he will be there to help. I would recommend this company anytime!!
