+ -1 moreAfter getting bids from many area foundation people, I chose the cheapest. BAD mistake. The other people came in, started the job then left me with a total mess. I then called BENCHMARK FOUNDATION REPAIR and they fixed all of the other guys' mistakes and made everything level again. This company is a God send. The owner, Edwin Rosenbalm, is a very likeable man who does his best to please. He struck me that he knew his business and took so much pride in his work. His crew was efficient and neat. These people became friends in the few short days they worked on my house. I highly recommend their work and would use them again.

We are very experienced in house leveling along with wood replacement and structural repairs do to termite and moisture damage, improper settling, and natural decay. Our slab foundation work includes installing our signature double shafted piers, preferred by most engineers.
