We're building a new house and I called on Friday, February 13, 2015 to set an appointment for an estimate on the following Monday or Tuesday. I stayed home and waited for two,days and did not receive a call or a person. I called the office and made an new appointment for Thursday afternoon. I, once again, stayed home and waited. No one called, or showed up. I left a message on an answering machine. The next day, on Friday, someone called and made no excuse, or apology, but wanted to come out right then. I said we'd get someone else. He said okay.

He ended up replacing almost all of the fascia board around the entire thing and painted. He had color splotches to match up perfectly to the color I had. He did a great job! He put the leaf gaurd (protective mesh) around all of the gutters. It was truly worth it! They worked hard and were very professional. I'd definately recommend them to others.

We are extremely satisfied with the whole experience. The office personnel were very helpful scheduling both an estimate and installation times. Mr. Bailey and his crew were on time, very professional, hard-working and left the job site clean and undamaged. The pricing was fair and they stood by the estimate even with an unexpected change in material prices. All of the work was done well and very quickly. This company is a pleasure to work with. I will recommend them highly and often.

Bailey's came when they said they would and gave me an estimate. We accepted the estimate and they worked until the job was done. They were courteous and hard-working and neat. I felt very comfortable with them. After the work was done I asked them to return and check some areas and they gladly did. They also said to call them back in the future if we had any problems with the gutters. Mr. Bailey impressed me as being a man true to his word and wanting to please the customer.

Great, on time. The previous company cancelled appt after had been scheduled 2 weeks. This guy was out the day of the call to look and repaired the next day.
