Xtreme Pools and Spas

Apparently Frank Rascon operates his own business for Xtreme Pools and Spas at the same time he contracts to other businesses such as Broadway Pools, who I hired a year ago to build my pool. I met Frank Rascon about a year ago and from the beginning he would not show up when he said he would or return calls, text or emails. When he did show up again he would say he's doing one thing then actually did another or nothing at all. Out of the last year that I've been trying to get my pool built by this man they actually probably only came out about 10 times, and my pool still isn't completed or done right! They messed up my front yard and forget about my backyard that myself, my family or poor dog couldn't use for all of a year. The deck they poured is already chipping. The $1800 waterfall they built is a piece of crap! He forgot to pour my tanning ledge that I paid for and haven't gotten reimbursed for. They damaged my flower beds, compromised my trees, and there's still re-barb and exposed copper wiring.
