He came with a crew and a backhoe to fix my tank. He is professional and has a professional crew too. I would reccommend him for any septic job.

I called and spoke to Mr. Ward. He came out to look at it and give me an estimate. I gave him the go ahead and he showed up the next day. The repair was done BELOW his estimate.

Never responded to my message through Angie's List on January 2nd, nor my message to them through their website about 2 weeks later.

I thought the septic tank needed to be cleaned as sewage water was backing up into the house; however, when Mr. Ward arrived to clean the tank, he inspected it first, and told me that it was fine! He determined that I had a stopped up sewer line and suggested I contact a plumber! Mr. Ward showed honesty and integrity by not charging me anything for the visit. Had he wanted to take advantage of the situation, he certainly could have, and I would have paid twice the amount I should have to solve the problem as I would have had to call a plumber!

Everything went well, he said exactly what he was going to do, the bill was exactly what he said it was going to be, he sent pictures to show the update as we live very far away from the project that was being done. When he said he was going to be there, he was there. Great experience.

It went fine. We had Ward Septic install a low dose septic system which had been designed by an engineer specializing in septic systems. The job was done correctly , promptly & to the required specifications. It has now been 7 years or so since the installation. I have called Ward's several times when my septic alarm went off, but it was never anything wrong with the system, just dampness or once a stuck float. If I needed another system, Ward Septic would be the company I would call.

Excellent prompt service. He took only three days to complete a complete septic tank and drain field replacement. The final charge was less than his original estimate. Very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Staff was very cordial and respectful. I highly recommend Ward Septic for any and all drain field and septic issues.

I used Ward's Septic Tank years and years ago. It's been nothing recent, but I didn't have any problems with them back then.

I noticed a puddle over my septic system. It had just been pumped a month and a half prior. I called Mr.Ward who told me he had a pretty busy day on 2/3/14, but that he would come out at about 4:30 PM. He arrived at my house closer to 2:00 PM, showed up with a crew of about 6 people, yanked the pump and had a new temporary pump in after about 15 minutes. He told me that he had installed the system 17 yrs before and that the system had been worked on by someone else in the interem and that in part was why my septic alarm hadn't let me know prior to a flood that there was a problem. Mr. Ward was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and quick to fix the problem. When the permanent pump was in, it was installed and he fixed some broken lines to the drain field. He was also able to tell me that the last time the tank was pumped, that it was not a complete pumping. Mr. Ward's years of experience make him the obvious choice for all septic needs in this area. With the quality of work he did for me and the time he took to explain how the system should be cared for, I won't be using anybody else but him in the future. Thank you Mr. Ward. I'm very pleased.

Our plumbing started to back up in the house on Thursday. I called several local septic service providers and seemed to get the run around... "I am busy, can I call you back in 5 minutes or 1 hour, etc." and I never received a return call from any of them. I found the number for Ward's on the internet and placed a call to them on Friday morning. I spoke with Jack Ward. He said he was booked through Saturday but could make arrangements to take a look on Sunday Morning at 9:30 AM. We agreed on the time and when Sunday came I received a call about 8:30 AM from Jessica Ward, Jack's daughter saying he was running about 1 hour late and ask if that was still alright with us or did we want to reschedule? We said the time change was OK. About 10 AM Jack arrived and told me what he thought the problem was but would not be able to tell for sure with out digging up the drain pipe from the septic tank to the drain field . He told me that with the age of the system that pipe most likely was collapsed in some areas or there were roots in the pipes. He also explained that because of the age of the system other things could be wrong but he suggested we start there. Jack gave me a price and told me that he could come back with an excavator and a crew about 2 PM. The arrived on schedule with the excavator and a pump truck. Jack and son Gus in a pick up pulling the excavator and daughter Jessica (co-owner of the business I found out later) driving the pump truck (a big Chevy F750 / 15 ton truck) which she handled like it was a Honda Civic. Jessica backed the truck up to the tank and prepared to pump it down so the could work on the drain line without spilling any of the contents. Jack and Gus unloaded the excavator and while the tank was being pumped down, they located the exit side of the tank and drain line. Once the tank was at a safe level they started uncovering the drain line. It was just as it had been described, collapsed pipe in some areas, some of with cracks and clogged full of roots. They continued digging until the found good pipe without roots. The removed the damaged pipe, made a materials list of a few items needed that they did not have on their truck, They went to pick up the items a local big box home center and were back in about 1/2 hour. With all of the supplies on hand they got to work to make the repair. Jessica was in the hole, measuring, cutting pipe and making the repair. Gus kept her supplied with materials and Jack watched and stayed out of way. As soon as the repair was finished the started to back fill the trench, pick up debris and and clean up. They left the area clean and neat, taking the damaged pipe and roots that were dug up with them. They worked quickly and as a well oiled team. I was very impressed. Even for the type of work they were doing they all were neat and presentably dressed. Their equipment appeared well kept. The Ward's were very professional workers and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They repaired the clogged lines with better and bigger tubes. Its my first experience with a clogged septic, I felt that they did a good job in determining the issue, and showed me where the clog(s) were at and told us the costs before going any further. They were more than happy to go over every step they were performing and the reason why. They fixed the deck back up (the tank is under a wood deck) and clean up after themselves. There was a lot of work to do, but they knew exactly what to do and did it.
