+ -1 moreWe met with Frank to discuss the job and received an estimate that was significantly lower than the other two estimates we had gotten. He started work on time, did what we asked and did it well. We were very pleased with the quality of the job.
Description of Work: Frank painted the exterior of our house and a wooden picket fence around the property. The job also required some minor repairs prior to painting.
