 + -1 moreWork was performed competently and thoroughly, The carpet was very soiled and required considerably more time to clean than they had estimated, but they did not charge extra. Trucarpet Cleaning is a small (two truck) independent company in Georgetown. They rely on repeat business, and try to make their customers happy. Their prices are about average for this type of service.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in five average size rooms and a hallway. Standard steam cleaning equipment.

 + -1 moreThey were terrific, helpful people. The price of the service was very reasonable. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family because they did such a good job and got all of the stains out. I couldn't ask for anything better. Just a week ago my mother spilled coffee on the carpet after it was just cleaned by the company we couldn't get the stain out so we called them. They told us how to clean it up and it worked perfectly; they didn't charge us anything for that tip.
Description of Work: They came in and cleaned four bedrooms and the main floors. They had to move the furniture's around and they moved them back for me.

DID GREAT JOB, VERY PERSONAL, PRIDE IN WORK. FOLLOWED UP WITH PHONE CALL TO MY HOUSE TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB. MOVED FURNITURE AND REPLACED BAD PADDING.
Description of Work: THE CHIMNEY AND FIREPLACE LEAKED ALSO, SOAKED AND STAINED CARPET. CAME IN AND EXTRACTED WATER AND CLEANED CARPET.
