I used my own inspectors who found long lists of problem areas with their construction. They couldn't even get the keys coordinated for the doors, that's how bad they were. They said it would take 6 months, it took them a year to get the house built. I could barely ever reach the salesman after he made the contract. I had to call and follow up with them a lot, they would not return calls or do things properly. In one instance, I faxed them the specific model of electric stove that I wanted, they put in an inferior model and pretended that they never got the fax... I had to fight them the whole way through and withhold payment to get things done. They used bad sub contractors and had very poor execution. It was a very bad experience.

I was happy with the job this company did for us and we have not had any problems with the home. I felt that there was not any perfect company out there so that was the reason I didn t give them A's. I would recommend these guys to other people.
