We have a John Deere riding lawn mower that wouldn't start and called the authorized dealer in town (Taylor) at least 5 times over 4 months. We could not get them to come out and get our lawn mower. They kept fruitlessly troubleshooting over the phone and making the excuse that they didn't have enough staff to help us. We called Georgetown Outdoor Power, explained our problem and the lawn mower was picked up that week. Very friendly and professional. We had our WORKING lawn mower back within the week. It was a solenoid in the carburetor; something we could never have figured out and fixed on our own.
