I am so in love with the result!! A little backstory on my house.... the carpet is about 5 years old. We have a toddler, two dogs and a cat. You all can probably imagine the wear and tear on my carpets/rugs. I had to ask beforehand if the products used were pet friendly/gentle, as my toddler AND one of my dogs have sensitive skin and break out into rashes pretty often. The girl I spoke with on the phone was super knowledgeable and friendly. Whenever the tech came out to do the service he was here on time, very sweet and was happy to answer any questions I had. The services were done in a quick but EXTREMELY THOROUGH manner too, which really impressed me. I didn’t notice any overly strong scents from the products used. Super easy, done with a lot of care and will ABSOLUTELY use again. 10/10!

Wanted to hire a local company and gave Pure Heaven a try. Scheduling was easy and they came out the next day. I have a cat who scratched at one of my doors and ripped the carpet up. Martin was able to patch it and it looks so much better. He then cleaned all my carpeted rooms and I was amazed at the results. I will hire Pure Heaven again fore sure.

I used Pure Heaven to clean my carpet after my 3 year old daughter was caught playing with ketchup and ended up getting it on the carpet in her room. (She loves ketchup.) l wasn't expecting much because it didn't look good after my wife and I tried to clean it ourselves. I called a few companies and Pure Heaven was able to come out the quickest. Prices are competitive as well. Martin came out and went over everything. He ended up getting all of it out! He did say he could patch that area if a stain returns. He went above and beyond in educating us on our carpets. Won't use anyone else from here on out.
