PRO GLASS

I phoned Pro Glass in Georgetown to see if I needed an appointment to repair a small chip in my car's windshield. I was told that no appointment was necessary to bring the car to them, or, I could schedule an appointment to have them come out to our house for an added service fee. I took the car to them right away, and they were prompt, professional, and courteous. The repair was completed, and I was on my way in no time! I was "wowed" by their service! Hopefully, no more gravel trucks will cut in front of me on the highway any time soon, but if they do, and they throw another rock my direction, I know just where to go for prompt, professional service! I highly recommend Pro Glass in Georgetown for any glass needs you may have.

They give estimates online and call you to follow up. They were off by $15.00 but they told me on the phone that the molding hadn't been included and would be $15 more. They said it would take about an hour but it took two hours. The staff was very friendly and the waiting room was nice. They did a quality job and it comes with a guarantee. They had the windshield in stock and I got in the next day. Other places might have been cheaper but didn't have it in stock and I would have to wait a week. They accidentally tried to charge me a little more but I had the estimate memorized that they gave me and the lady said that she was looking at the wrong one. Just make sure you bring your estimate with you in case. I am satisfied with the workmanship and service. I am a repeat customer. Years ago I had a chipped windshield repaired and they also did a good job.
