Description of Work: Redesigned drainage for backyard after flooding

Description of Work: Re-graded the front, created a drain, drilled holes in the stone wall, made a long stone causeway for water to flow, put in rocks, to protect the house foundation. It went well.

Description of Work: Cleared up and filled in our backyard pond and laid Llano river rock with liner on some areas of yard - very quick and efficient, pleasant people.

Description of Work: At my request. Mr.Cowart came out to my property and gave me an estimate for a driveway that I was considering building. He charged $50 for the estimate, which I thought was very reasonable, and although I did not use his services, I would certainly hire his company. He was prompt in providing me with his bid, which I thought was quite reasonable. The reason I did not use his services is that I encountered a delay with my project. Based on my contact with Mr. Cowart, I would certainly recommend his company to anyone.

Description of Work: added a swale in the field, and graded the yard and added drainpipes for the back gutters. | |They did a great job, and completed promptly. I am very pleased with the work, and cant wait til it rains to see how it all works:)

Description of Work: Wes set up an appointment with me over the phone for today 7/30/2015 at 10 am. He did not call to cancel and he did not SHOW UP. I should send him an invoice for my time as I took off the morning from MY JOB to accommodate this appointment. And if he doesn't pay it I'll see you in small claims court.

Description of Work: Wes Cowart seemed very professional,was prompt in his response, and I would not hesitate to get a bid from him again.

Description of Work: I have only gotten a preliminary estimate of the work to be done. No work will be done for approximately two months, however I am pleased with Wes Cowart and his recommendations.

Description of Work: House slab at the rear of the house had become too close to the elevation of the ground in the backyard causing flooding into the house when large rain events occurred. |Wes came out looked over the yard saw that there was little elevation from the back to the front yard, gave me an estimate based on his visual. |Work started and once elevations were actually taken found that more dirt was going to have to be removed and a few other changes that I wanted to make. the price was increased with a change order, that was fair. The work was done (site graded, sprinkler system modified, pebble rock placed, shrubs planted, sod replaced, small (steel) gate and fence modified). I was very satisfied with the work done by his employees, they respected our property, cleaned up each day, and did an excellent job. We did have a problem with a step going up to the pool deck, we worked it out to both of our satisfaction. |Since the work was done we have moved. I have some work that needs to be done at our new home and I will call Wes with Outdoor Design.

Description of Work: Built a retaining wall insuring water run off away from and around the pool. Prepared area for flagstone. Put us in touch with a good subcontractor crew and showed up frequently to monitor and keep us informed of their progress.
