It worked out great! They were nice and respectful and it was worth every penny. They completed the job fast and I will refer them to anybody.

They estimate the dollar amount when they get there, and the second time it was about twice as much as the first time. My interactions were fine, and the job was done well. They need to be honest and up front with their pricing.

Acted rather surly and less than enthusiastic attitude. Price quoted (and ultimately paid) was for more than twice that of a previous load a few months earlier. They had me over a barrell and knew it. l. I would not use the magain.

It didn't go. As another reviewer said, this is a bait and switch scheme. When the truck arrived, I had left for an appointment. My husband had collected things needing to be removed. The driver immediately began to argue that I had to prove my purchase of their big deal. I stopped and forwarded the email to my husband. Then the driver began to argue about the quantity of junk he would take. This finally digressed into my husband sending them away with nothing. He assumed that Angie's list would stand behind us and we would get a refund. The driver was hostile and unpleasant from the beginning. After reading other reviews on Yelp, this seems to be a common ploy with Junk King. They advertise or quote a small price then change it when they arrive at the site. Two that I saw said the price jumped to $300. Which they paid. So I guess their ploy works. I have not contacted Angie's List to work for my refund because I don't expect assistance. Due to my husband working out of town I had to extend my pickup date past the expiration date of the deal. I only did so after calling Junk King about the possibility of doing so. However this was another point of contention with the driver, as he said that person hasn't the authority to give that ok. I'm sure this would be a "he said she said" issue so I will just kiss that $99 goodby.

When the two men arrived to get the limb, they refused to do it for the price quoted. They said the price quoted was for one item (which was the branch they refused to take). Then they left.

The service was alright. There was an additional charge to the $99 Big Deal. It was $200 or $300 more. I thought they charged more extra than it should have been. They should be clear about the cost in the future.

They called when they said they would to let me know they were on the way. Mike & crew gave a fair estimate and then did the mark efficiently. They were nice to deal with.

The driver called me within 10 minutes of calling his dispatch, showed up quickly and took away about 2.5 pickup beds of stuff to be disposed of. Both he and his assistant were friendly and courteous.

Just as promised, on the day of collection, they called ahead and let me know they were on their way. The two men that completed the work were very polite and worked steady and hard to remove junk we had in two locations. I would definitely recommend this business and when I have another pile of "junk" that the trash company won't take, I'll be calling Junk King again.

I bought a special for junk removal to get rid of all sorts of stuff after a remodel bust mostly for empty packing material. I have to say that I expected 4 cubic feet to be more than a small truck. They barely picked up 1/4 of what I needed. For $99 I don't expect all that much but definitely more than just picking up as much stuff as I can get rid of myself in bulk pick-up and weekly trash removal. I don't think the Angie's List special was worth the money.

We ordered through Angie's list with a promotion ($99 for 4 cu yards). The appointment was set for 11am on a Saturday. Junk Kink called a bit after 8am, and asked if they could come early as they were running ahead of schedule. I drove over to the new place and they arrived shorty after. We were apparently well over the basic 4 cu yards. They indicated that would cover the carpet hall-off , which was my main concern. But they offered to take the lot for an extra $100. This included the laminate flooring, several bags of sheet-rock, a sink and a few other miscellaneous items stacked up the garage. This still seemed like a good value after pricing a pickup rental and making multiple trips to the dump, not to mention being much easier. Everything was stacked nicely in an otherwise empty garage so they didn't have to do any dismantling or go in the house . They took it all. They seemed polite and professional. I have no complaints. Also - After they are able to give you a quote, the drivers are apparently able to take cash, check/or card. I find this to be a nice feature.

It went very well! They worked very hard and they were fast. They cleaned up in my backyard and I couldn't be more pleased! In fact I'm going to hire them again to get even more work done!

Junk King did a great job. They removed the fence posts and concrete. They had all supplies necessary for doing it. They also removed a VERY heavy couch without scratching my floors or wall (something the guys who delivered could not even do).

They were actually early (which never happens in today's world), and they were fast and extremely polite. I will use them again for my next junk removal.

Junk King workers showed up on time with their truck, took away everything we wanted gone and they cleaned up after themselves. There was some broken glass involved, but they took care of that, too. The Junk King personnel were friendly, courteous and hard-working. We will definitely use their services again.
