Description of Work: Installed a new pool and hot tub. |The initial design and construction went very well. The start-up of pool did not go as well and took several visits to check all systems. The topping of concrete surfaces began to come loose due to freezing the night of pour. Entire surface had to be chipped off. I have requested a repair to my auto-fill system since spring.(damage to auto-fill no fault of Pack Pools) They were scheduled 2 times to come out, never showed up. Still asking in the fall, no response.

 + -1 moreThe pump and filter are working great and the pool light is still shining bright. So happy to have Pack Pools in Georgetown. They are able to address any issue I have in helping my Dad maintain his pool.
Description of Work: Pack Pools replaced a very old pump and filter in my Dads 28+ year old in ground swimming pool. We used Pack Pools a few years earlier to replace the light in the pool. We also use them to check the chemical levels in the pool on a regular basis.
