Wow! I have alot of kiddos and my tile and grout are so so hard to keep clean! Its exhausting and backbreaking to clean my grout and takes me hours on hands and knees. I decided to let Asa and Susan work their magic and I am so glad I did! I was SHOCKED at how clean they got my grout!!! I had not seen it that clean since we moved into our home. They are both very respectful, friendly, professional and I felt very comfortable with them in my home! Believe me, it made such a difference in the way my home looked and I will definitely be using them again! Thanks Heaven's Best!!!

We needed carpet cleaning at the last minute because we were moving in the next day. They came out first thing in the morning and got the work done so it would be dry by the time our stuff arrived in the moving truck. They gave us a good price and the carpets looked great.

Wow! This company definitely has exceeded my expectations over and over again! Not only is their product and work fabulous the owner and workers are kind, jovial, knowledgeable and very respectful of our space and belongings! I have a lot of very small children and keeping our floors and furniture clean is a daily chore! Since i have found Heavens Best my home looks so much better! They are so easy to work with and get you on their schedule very quickly! I will never use a different company for my floors and furniture again!

We like them. They were timely, they worked really well, and they had good suggestions. We followed up on a couple of things, and they did a really good job on the carpet. We are going to use them again. It was $99 for 3 rooms and there was extra for the spot protector in one room and the hallway. They were very good.

Did an amazing job of getting out old stains from upholstered chair. Carpet was cleaned and almost dry after 1 hour. Asa and his wife were very courteous. Will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended!

I had used this company twice before since 2010 and both experiences had been excellent. Recently, I decided it was time to have the carpet cleaned again and there was no question in my mind who to call. I called the number to make an appointment and learned that since the last visit they had re-mapped territories and I would need to work with someone new. I admit this did concern me at first. What if the new people weren't as good? I was not going to be happy about losing the great service I'd had in the past. I called up Asa Jones and set an appointment. I am happy to report that he did a stellar job. He was every bit as impressive as the previous people. He was on time, explained everything I needed to know, didn't act as though he was in a big rush to get done and gone, did an amazing on the carpet, and charged me the exact amount we had agreed on over the phone. I rate him and his work straight A's... across the board. When the time comes to clean the carpets again there is no doubt who I will be calling.

Asa and his wife arrived early and appeared very professional. I really don't like strangers in my house, but I felt very much at ease with Asa and his wife. Asa and his wife worked as a team and did a lot of work to make my carpets look great. I have a very large area where my dog pooped and urinated all over the carpet and they we're able to get the stains out. Asa did inform me that there would be an extra charge for the pet stains. I really appreciated that and felt that it was fair. He also sold me some stain remover which I have been using and it works great. I highly recommend Asa because he did an excellent job and I felt that I could trust him.

Asa and his wife, Susan, did an excellent job cleaning our pet stained carpet. Not only did they get the stains out but our 20 year carpet looks better than it has in years. The carpet dried very quickly afterwards and no chemical odor. Asa came out and gave me an estimate beforehand so he knew the condition of the carpet and there were no hidden costs Both he and his wife were very pleasant and professional. I will definitely us them in the future.

Couldn't be more pleased! I have 2 area rugs that to my surprise my 40lb dog had been going to the bathroom on at night. I was looking for someone to pick up and clean my rugs in a facility versus home as I had a feeling these were going to need a little extra TLC to get the odor out. I called around to a few places and was getting quotes from $200-$250 and that seems pricey to me, also with turn around times of 5-10 business days which is excessive. I called Asa with Heaven's best and he was able to come out, quote, and pick up my rugs that afternoon (pick up and delivery are free of charge)! He was very professional, kept it touch with me on when he would arrive so it worked with my schedule, and arrived when he said. He even exceeded his own turn around time and they would be ready the next morning! What went the extra mile for me was the next day he called and said as he was rolling up the carpets, he still got a hint of odor so would wash them AGAIN. awesome. He delivered my rugs the next day and they are like new. I would definitely recommend and will use again!

Asa and Susan Jones arrived on time and proceeded to do an exceptional job! They were very professional, thorough and efficient. It took about 3 hours -- more than half of that time was spent doing a meticulous job of cleaning the tops, bottoms and sides of a large sectional sofa with 10 cushions. They also scotch guarded the sofa. My house felt and smelled exceptional clean by the time they left. This is approximately the 6th time that we've used Heaven's Best to clean our carpets. We have been more than satisfied every time and wouldn't consider using anyone else. Asa and Susan were also very personable and all around delightful!
