+ -1 moreThey drained the battery as well as drained all my coolant and replaced it with water. They removed some of my sparkplugs and didn't put them back in all the way. They swore up and down they didn't do anything to my car but look at it, but now my car has a cracked tailight and a dent in it to go along with all the other damage. It is very evident that they did some damage. I can understand if something happened accidentally when they were looking at it, but he has blantantly lied about what is really going on here. Just save yourself some time and never go to Gregors.
Description of Work: I drove my car to Gregors from Round Rock with only a slight problem starting my engine at times and when I went to pick it up it was completely dead and would not start at all.

+ -1 moreGregor's is a trusted and reliable shop. They have always provide excellent service over the last six years since we moved into the area. I normally do all my own maintenance and repair work, but when I do not have the tools, the time, or need a shop that has the expertise, I use Gregor's. I am also fairly "picky" (if I must admit), because I am a "car guy", and Gregor's has yet to let me down. They are also a locally owned and a family business, and they are great guys to know and work with. I don't take recommendations lightly as it can also tarnish my reputation, but I completely recommend Gregor's for any car needs you may have.
Description of Work: Transmission replacement and steering gearbox replacement.
