Description of Work: Sent them a message through Angie's List, outlining my pool heaters fault code, asking if they were able to work on it.

He is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive-- overall did great work on both repairs. Highly recommended without any reservations. I really appreciated his professionalism and confidence in knowing how to complete a repair quickly and with high quality work---

Description of Work: Glen has been my pool repair guy since 1996. Most recently, he replaced our pump when we were unable to get parts for the original equipment. He has giving us excellent advice that was clearly NOT aimed at making a sale. He appreciated what things will cost me even when it means he will not earn something. He is all about providing the best service for his customer. I will always call Glen when my pool requires a repair and get his referral if ever he can't do what is needed.

+ -1 moreAs stated earlier, Glen came out and assessed our situation. He explained how to do the repair, and did not charge us for the visit.
Description of Work: Glen came out to our house to look at a leaking water pipe.He told my husband how to fix it , explained a couple of things, and left. He did not charge us for the visit. He was very professional. He was a very nice pool guy.

+ 0 moreWe had a few issues with our pool pump and thought it may need replacement.... while others tried to sell us pumps, Glen noted it was just O rings and some cleaning... Did a great job and saved us money.
Description of Work: I have had many pool repair folks out before... Glen was prompt and under budget (can't say that for most). Also called to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with work.
