 + -1 moreI was unable to get a quote on a small job I wanted to get done. I called several times and they were always very professional but never got back to me. Originally they came right out to look at the job and seemed interested but after that nothing. It has been months and no follow up. I guess my job was too small. Very disappointing.

 + 4 moreWe wouldn't consider using any other firm. Felix is always available for advice or consultation. We have had him install landscaping with stone work and he was on the job to make sure we got what we wanted. If we have an issue he makes sure it is handled as top priority. He has several crews and they are all top quality. At least one member of the crew is bilingual. Pricing depends on the job they are performing. But they are very reasonable and competitive.
Description of Work: We have used Felix Landscaping for almost 20 years. His firm handles our weekly lawn maintenance as well as mulching, annual tree and plant trimming, fertilization and stone landscaping.

 + 1 moreI thought they were very reliable. They've done lots of work in this area so they have a good reputation. Once they came and started the work, they started it and completed the job in two days as they had outlined. Their pricing is competitive. They were very responsive. I will probably use them again.
Description of Work: The job was to replace some limestone rock sections in my driveway that had deteriorated. They helped me with the material selection and since we already has a brick that matched out home, they were quite happy to allow us to use that material that we already had. Then they removed all the old stone and cement down to a base layer. They had to chisel some of the base layer out. Then they installed the new brick in a pattern that I thought was good and they also made some recommendations on the design. They cleaned it all up and they were done.

 + 2 moreFelix took care of my yard on a monthly basis. When extra work was needed I had him do it, whther itwas trees, a walkway, or steps down to a lower yard. Everything he did was excelent. I can say nothing negative about Felix Landscaping.
Description of Work: Felix will give you a detailed quote and his workers are always prompt, courteous and when they are finished everything is leaned up. He is reasonalbe in his prices and his work cannot be faulted. He and his crews are honest and hard working. I would give his company an A plus rating.

 + 1 moreBased on a referral, I called this guy on 3 separate occasions and left a message but never heard back. I subsequently found out (from another source) that he was booked up and unable to take on more jobs. That may be true, but IMHO, it's a common courtesy to call back all prospective customers, even if you have to turn the business away. Not doing so is arrogant, unprofessional and an excellent way to eventually kill your business. For starters, this customer is gone....

 + 2 moreThey come every year for me. The guy is really good. He is honest. I have a lot of landscaping going on here,but I mow my own lawn. I have used Felix for at least 5 years. They are coming out again next Tuesday.
