I purchased the computer at Office Depot and they were no help at all in getting the laptop repaired, even though I had purchased an extended warranty. Lesson learned: Office Depot's extended warranty plan is totally worthless.

Description of Work: Rob Hipp from Click Computers made an onsite visit to fix multiple computer problems, including: Set up new printer Fixed extreme slowness on my desktop computer Configured my iPad to print Addressed email problems on my husband's laptop Updated virus protection on both computers AND SIGN US UP FOR ANOTHER YEAR OF REMOTE SUPPORT FOR BOTH COMPUTERS (which was $159.99 of the total) We have been using Click since we moved to Georgetown 3 years ago. They have provided us with reliable expert service that has always fixed whatever problem we had with our computers. (HOW OFTEN CAN YOU SAY THAT WHEN IT COMES TO COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICE?!) This is also the second year that we have signed up for their remote service which enables us to have them connect in remotely to either one of our computers and conveniently address our problem. Most of time that is all that is needed. Occasionally, like the most recent time, we needed an onsite visit. Because we are on their remote plan, we get a 25% discount on house calls and on work done in the shop. I highly recommend Click.
