+ -1 moreBecause of Courtney Kirk's skills, she was able to help us over all of the difficulties we faced in dealing with these leases. From start to finish, Courtney never made us feel like we were "on our own" when it came to dealing with problems we encountered. We will be moving out of the Austin area and buying a house in the Rockwall area. Not being able to use Courtney Kirk for our next house purchase is my only regret. I would have loved to have the peace of mind that I would have had using her again.
Description of Work: I am submitting this report as a result of our extreme satisfaction with Courtney Kirk (with Century 21) who represented me & my husband in 2 short term leases in the Georgetown/Round Rock areas. We couldn't have been more pleased with her. Courtney was invaluable in assisting us in relocating to the Georgetown/Austin area. From finding a property, lease qualifying and paperwork, to exiting the property - Courtney's help and expertise was invaluable. Her professionalism and "like-ability quotient" make her a pleasure to work with. At the end of our leases, Courtney went way beyond our expectations in respresenting our interests, ensuring that all steps were completed to obtain our security deposit upon lease completion and ensuring our interests were being protected. Courtney has business savy and knows her market inside and out. To reiterate, we are nothing but pleased with Courtney and her expertise and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and everyone with their real estate needs.
