This company was the most responsive company I have ever worked with. Reached out to me upon notification and came to my home that day to assess the requirement. Arrived on agreed day on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves. The fix to balancing output is excellent. finally we have heat and AC where it belongs and the comfort level in our home has substantially improved. We are very grateful for the professionalism of this company and the final outcome.

Capitol repairs and does annual maintenance on my unit. They are reliable, knowledgeable and most important they are trustworthy. A company of high integrity that not only repairs only what needs to be repaired, but charges a fair and honest price. Capitol has been our heating and air conditioning service provider for years and I wouldn't use anyone else. The biggest reason is trust. Capitol cares about me as a customer and isn't trying to just sell me stuff I don't need. They do quality work and any repairs I've needed were always done right the first time. And they give me options and recommendations, whether it's options on a needed maintenance service or integrating new smart thermostats. I like that level of communication and service and it's why I trust them with my heating and A/C needs.

I called Capitol AC Services, they replaced our system with minimal downtime, and the cost was better than expected. Additionally, they worked with our warranty provider, which helped with the cost. I've asked them to provide regular service for my system, as well as my moms, and I'm confident in both.
