Campbell Appliance Heating & Air Inc - Georgetown

I really hate writing bad reviews and never do! I called and called and I have worked for weeks to get a refund from these people. Here's our story: We called out a technician on a Sunday for repair of a deep fryer at our small Café in Schwertner, TX. Shiane was the technician sent out and we paid for a weekend service call plus half of the cost of parts that he said would be needed for repair. It took 5 days for him to return, only to find out the parts did not fix it. (he had the wrong parts) He left after installing and after calling repeatedly I have found that it is impossible to speak with a manager or owner. The work is supposed to be guaranteed and we feel we should at least get the cost of parts back since they did not work. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the poor customer service and failure to send out competent service technician. We ended up having to pay someone else to get us back up and running and our business suffered for over 10 days due to these guys. Don't call them!!!!! After speaking with Tess Bunch, office manager/vice president, she refused to refund any part of the check paid to them on Sunday, Feb, 23, 2019. She insisted that they did not charge us enough as if we owed them MONEY and stated it was the manufacture's fault they got the wrong parts.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. After 4 MONTHS with out a refrigerator and living out of a small refrigerator and ice chests in the garage, I called to check on the status and I was told they were "too busy" and I would "have to wait" on the repair. They assume that their time is more important than customer service and they refuse to give me back my money. I am appalled at the lack of empathy and professionalism! The manager hides under the desk and refuses to talk to me. They are combative when questioned, for example, I was actually asked, "well do you fix appliances?" So $600 later, they are bringing my broken refrigerator back to my house with no reimbursement. Small claims court, here we go. What a joke!
