ASAP WINDOW CLEANING

We had two cost estimates for window cleaning. ASAP was $50 higher than the competitor, but the lower quote competitor did not show up in person, took 4 days to respond, and could not give me a cleaning date within two weeks. I decided that that I would rather work with someone who was punctual and prompt even if the quote was higher and was glad I did. I got the quote on Friday, and the cleaning was scheduled and completed the following Thursday. The windows look absolutely fantastic and I wish I had not waited so long to book the service! Ehren and his partner did a great job. I will say that our maid service had come the day before the window cleaning and I wish it had been reversed. Next time I will postpone that cleaning until after the window cleaning. There wasn't much cleanup required since Ehren was very careful, but it is inevitable that a little dust and debris will end up in the house in the process. Overall, it was a great experience, I would highly recommend ASAP, and I will definitely use them again. **Update - the weekend after the cleaning, I noticed a few streaks on the windows on the east side of the house. They could ONLY be seen with the morning sun coming through them, and did not show up the day of the cleaning. Ehren came out to re-clean them and timed it so that he was there at the same time of day to ensure they were clean even with the sun coming through. I really appreciated his willingness to make a second trip out!
