Description of Work: They fixed my washing machine. They replaced the timer. They were very nice as I had used them before on my refrigerator as they were the company my warranty company had sent. They work hard and get the job done.

Description of Work: Our washing machine was not locking. The technician came and analyzed it. Unfortunately our it was not cost effective to repair. He did order the parts for us but we have decided to purchase a new machine. He was extremely polite and on time.

Description of Work: Person showed up on time, assess the situation to repair the oven thermostat; checked to see if replacement part was available from original oven manufacturer (which I already knew that it was not avaiable); hardly looked at the inoperable part before saying he couldn't repair it. Person was nice but, in my opinion, was not a technician or a repair person. He was just an assess the situation, order a part, and when the part comes in, then plug it in guy. Also, the company's telephone answerer needs to do more than just get a general description of the problem and schedule a service call appointment. They should ask questions to learn more specifically what you know and have done. In this case, she would have learned that I knew the thermostat was not available from the original oven manufacturer and could have checked to see if they could help with someone more knowledgeable. I wavered between an overall rating of D and F. Went with D as a semi-courtesy.
