I called and talked with the receptionist who was very courteous, helpful and professional. I explained I had an emergency since the broken shut off valve required me to cut off water to the house. She sent Jim within two hours to handle my immediate emergency need. He returned in a couple to days to replace the broken pipes and valve. Jim is very competent, courteous and professional. He completed the repairs and tested the system to be sure all problems were resolved before leaving. An excellent job, outstanding service.

Juan V came do repair the broken B Raiser and replace a couple of nozzles. He was puntual, courteous, and effiicient in completing this job.

Replaced on broken sprinkler head and cleaned and tuned others and showed me basics of how the system works since this whole system is new to me. Made me a list of zones so I know which zone waters what. Talked me through about how MUCH water needed for what when. REALLY pleasant experience.

Work was performed on my rental home-- broken sprinkler heads and broken pipes. Renters have no complaints, seems to have gone well.

I have been working with American Irrigation Repair for much of this year. I am changing the landscaping of my back yard in significant ways, working on a multi-year project. Initially I just needed a couple of zone valves fixed, but in watching them work and talking about my project, they have offered advice and evaluation, allowing me to do the work that I can do while coming in to do the work that I don't feel skilled enough to do. The most recent change was that I wanted to lower my main water supply line about a foot underground. I could do that, but I realized that the electrical control wires run with the supply line, and I would need to drop it down a foot and then back up at end of the section where I am working. So the wires need to be longer. I can splice wires, but these have to be underground and waterproof. They came out and did it -- very well -- and in such a way that I learned how to do it, and can do it myself the next time (if there ever is a next time).

My property has a Rainbird automatic irrigation system. The company was very responsive and professional. They were on time and did what they were supposed to do and came back to address any problems. They did an especially good job on the lawn. My only issues had to do with the planting beds Some of the sprinkler heads do not cover the areas that they need to cover and the installer said he couldn't figure out how to make them right. The heads installed in some places were placed wrong or were not the right kind (needed the extenders that pop up to reach plants in rear of beds). So, I still have to hand water a couple of things that should be done with the automated system. They did try to meet my needs and I would use them again, but perhaps they just didn't stock the parts I wanted so I plan to order them online and put them in myself. I had the impression that they are not used to working with people who like to garden, but they are great with lawns and I'm sure if I get the parts and want them to install them for my planing beds, they would be happy to do so. They were a pleasure to work with.

I had to cancel several times due to family issues and each time they were very understanding. Came as scheduled and gave estimate of additional work that needed to be done. Very professional. Would definitely call again.

Irrigation tech "Jim" was very professional, friendly and well versed in irritation systems. He kept me informed of progress and his time accrual, flagged all zone valves allowing me to map them. It was a enjoyable, professional and personal experience, I highly recommend them.

They arrived ahead of the scheduled time and were very quick to figure out the problems and fix them.

However, the lady who answered the phone asked if she could give me some advice. She said to call the water company first as a plumber would do the same before they worked on our system. It would save me time and money. I called our water company and they came out to check the pressure. As it turned out, it was the water company's problem. This company did not have to help me but they put me above referring my problem to someone else. I would recommend them highly just based on their integrity!

Figured out the problem with sprinkler system setup and fixed the problem.

Excellent!! Contacted them via email and was scheduled for service the same week. Their technician Sean came out and explained every step of the repairs/adjustments that needed to be made with my system. He also discovered and repaired a cut wire that was apparently damaged when I had a new fence installed 5 months ago. I would highly recommend this company for all irragation repair! Highly professional and reasonably priced!

Was disappointed with service from another company, so tried American Irrigation. They performed a thorough survey, explained each defect and its cause, and quickly and cleany completed repairs and replacements, including correcting previously installed replacements at no charge even though they were not responsible for the damage. I couldn't ask for more.

I took a chance on American Irrigation Repair based on reviews from Angie's List even though they are quite a distance away from my house (about 1.25 hours away). I am very grateful that they agreed to travel that far because I can't imagine that the job could have been done faster or cheaper than they did. They were very professional and I would definitely use them again!

I had several sprinkler heads that I knew were not working right, and one that clearly had a leak in the underground pipe. I had planned on trying to fix them myself, but was having trouble locating the leak in the pipe, so I decided to call a professional. It was $79 to come out and check everything. I think that covered adjustments, and maybe some minor repair work. The next available appointment was a little over a week away. I would have liked a sooner appointment, but I decided it was better to use a service that was busy rather than someone sitting around waiting for my call.The technician was very professional and spent several hours working on my system. Several of the sprinkler heads were in worse shape than I realized. The technician explained everything very well, and went over his recommendations in detail, so that I could pick and choose what I wanted to have done. He also made some good recommendations about raising some of the sprinkler heads in the flower beds. The bushes has grown up (to the size I want them), and were now blocking some of the sprinkler heads. He pointed out areas where some of the plants were dying because the water was not reaching them. It probably would have takene me a long time to realize that this was the problem, and even then, I don't think I would have thought to raise the sprinklers.This ended up costing more than I had expected to spend, but I feel like there was more wrong with my sprinkler system than I realized. The technician explained everything very well, and in a manner that prioritized what needed to be done know, and what could be done to enhance my current system. With water restrictions being so common, I felt it was best to go ahead and get everything done so that I can make the most efficient use of the water. (That was my own thought. I realize that it sounds like something that could be used as a sales tactic. The technician did not try to pressure me into anything, and simply gave me the information I needed to make a decision).On a side note: One of the sprinklers that he suggested raising was behind some thick bushes that were swarming with bees. There is no hive, but the bees seem to love the flowers. I expected the bees to present a problem, but they didn't. I didn't see how he dealt with them, but it did not seem to slow him down at all.

American Irrigation spent a lot of time fixing the problem and trouble shooting other issues. they arrived right on time, and took only a couple of hard, hot hours to get the problem solved. I would highly recommend them.

Aside from being a little late, they did a fantastic job quickly assessing the problem and found the quickest and easiest way to get my yard back in working order. They also explained what needed to be done once our pool was complete. They turned what seemed to be a very costly and labor intensive job into a very simple solution. I was afraid they would recommend a costly solution and they did the opposite.

AMERICAN IRRIGATION REPAIR LLC had a very competitive price. They got the work done all in one day without tearing up the yard. They were also very good about explaining everything what was going on and why we had to do make those repairs.
